Vintcom Technology Public Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Company,”) attaches great importance to the protection of personal data and compliance with the data protection laws. Subsequently, the Company has issued a Privacy Policy announcement to inform the Company’s users, trading partners and customers about the Company’s policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information (processing) as well as objectives of the operations, data retention period, disclosure of personal data, owners’ rights of their personal data, confidentiality and safety of personal data and how to contact the Company. The Company will process your personal data with transparency, clearance and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). The Company asks you to read this document to understand the Company’s processing and protection of personal data. Should you have a question, you can make an inquiry with the Company at the address given.

 

1. Purposes for collecting and using personal data
The Company will collect and use your personal data under the following objectives: 
     1.1 For the Company to manage purchase orders of products and/or services, maintenances, IT use, product delivery, accounting and taxation, contract transactions, financial transactions, purchase and procurement, human resource management as well as customer relationship,
      1.2 To conduct marketing and data analysis for the benefits of marketing research, for example, questionnaire, interviews, etc.,
     1.3 For the benefits of safety such as providing various security measures (before entry into the Company’s premises), measures to control, prevent, stop and/or treat the epidemic or in case of emergency to prevent harm to the life or body of other people, verification, log in into a website or application related to the Company,
     1.4 For legal compliance such as compliance with the provisions of the law, rules and orders of the statutory authority, 
     1.5 To exercise legal claims,
     1.6 To use for applying for a job as an employee of the Company or other related matters,
     1.7 For other purposes as announced or given by the Company.

2. Collection and processing of personal data
The Company will collect and process personal data to the extent necessary for the Company’s operation and in accordance with the law on personal data protection. The personal data that the Company collects and processes may arise from contacting you directly, through agents or coordinators contacting the Company, such as visiting the Company’s office, contacting the Company through various communication channels, entering the Company’s premises or areas where meetings, seminars or any events are held, which may include video recording or photos to carry event records. The Company will notify you if the video or photo is recorded. The personal information that the Company may collect from you is as follows: 
     2.1 Personal data such as data from your national identification card or government-issued documents that can be used to verify your identity, for example, your first name, family name, age, gender, national ID card number, passport number, photo, voice data, image data, date of birth, nationality, place of birth, height, signature, health data, medical information as well as a copy of national ID card or a copy of government-issued document, etc.
     2.2 Such contact information as address, telephone number, email address, business card, workplace, family member, etc.
     2.3 Information about the purchase of goods and services such as order history, order number, etc.
     2.4 Information obtained by automated systems or devices such as cookie storage, as set forth in the Cookie Policy.

     2.5 Other information that the Company may announce or obtain consent.

 

The Company will process your personal information according to legal requirements, for instance 

      (1) upon your consent according to the explicit purposes.
     (2) To perform the contract in which you are a party or to act upon your request prior to entering into the contract as well as to comply with the Company’s policy to achieve the objectives of both parties.
     (3) To comply with the law, for example, comply with the laws, rules, regulations and orders of legal authority.
     (4) For the public interest, such as when it’s necessary for the safety and benefit of the public, or to comply with an order of a government agency.
    (5) For legitimate interests such as for internal management as well as disclosure of information in the same business group to raise the Company’s standard of work, customer relationship management. The disclosure of such information will be in accordance with the Company’s personal data protection policy, this privacy policy and prevention of risks of breaking the law.


The Company will collect and use such information only for the shortest time necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law. 

 

3. Disclosure of personal information 
The Company will not disclose your personal information to any other person or entity without your consent and will disclose it for the purposes for which the notification has given to you. However, for the benefit of the Company’s operations and providing services to you, the Company may be necessary to disclose your personal information to executives, directors, officers, employees, staff, representatives, consultants, auditors, external auditors as well as other persons acting on behalf of the Company or being authorized by the Company or other persons both domestically and internationally under the objectives of the Company’s business operations. The Company will coordinate with those agencies and individuals to keep personal information confidential and not use it of any purpose other than that specified by the Company. In addition, the Company may disclose your personal information to government agencies, state organizations, regulatory bodies, private entities or other third parties for compliance with rules and regulations or legal obligations.

4. Rights of the owner of personal information 
You have the right to do the following: 
     4.1 Right to revoke consent to the processing of your personal information. However, such revocation of consent will not affect the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information for which you have given consent. 
     4.2 Right to access your personal data, request for a copy of your personal data as well request to disclose the acquisition of your personal data without your consent,
     4.3 Right to correct your personal data,
     4.4 Right to delete your personal data,
     4.5 Right to suspend the use of your personal data,
     4.6 Right to transfer your personal data,
     4.7 Right to object to the processing of your personal data.

You can contact through the Company’s contact channels to submit a request for rights using the form specified by the Company without any costs. The Company will consider and notify the result of your request within 30 days from the date of receipt of such request. However, the Company may deny your rights if required by law.

5. Guidelines for the protection of personal data
The Company places great importance on the protection of personal data and compliance with the data protection laws. Subsequently, the Company will keep your personal data under appropriate technical and organizational measures to fully protect your personal information and will train the Company’s employees to obtain sufficient information and to be aware of the procedures concerning personal data protection as well as to implement various measures to maintain the security of personal information strictly in accordance with the law, regulations, rules and guidelines for personal information protection.

6. Revision and change in the privacy policy
   The Company may amend the Privacy Notice occasionally to correspond with the Company’s business operation and related law. In case of amendment, the Company will publish its latest privacy notice in its website https://www.vintcom.co.th/privacynotice
